Privacy policy

On jellinebrands.nl and jellinebrands.com you can join the SheCreates Academy waitlist and find the download buttons for Stepies. Here is a short, plain-language summary of what we do with your data.

Who are we?

The waitlist belongs to SheCreates, a brand of Cash Cow Academy B.V., Laat 3, 8309 DC Tollebeek, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce no. 84983833. We are responsible for your data. Questions or a request? Email [email protected].

The waitlist

• What we keep: your email address, your language (Dutch or English), which channel you came from (for example "Instagram EN", never who you are) and the date and time you signed up.
• What for: emailing you about SheCreates Academy, when it opens on November 16 and during enrollment up to and including November 30. You will not get any other emails from us.
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give it by signing up and can withdraw it at any time, with the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing us.
• How long: until March 31, 2027. After that we delete your data. If you unsubscribe earlier, we stop emailing you.

Who helps us?

We have data processing agreements with these companies:

• Cloudflare runs this website and stores the waitlist in a database in the European Union. Cloudflare is a US company; transfers to the US take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) sends the emails about the opening. Your data is stored in the European Union.

We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Stepies

The App Store and Google Play buttons take you to Apple and Google, where their own privacy policies apply. Stepies itself belongs to Brands Online B.V.; see the Stepies privacy policy.

Cookies

This page sets no cookies, uses no trackers and stores nothing on your device. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to recognise bots. No consent is needed for that.

16 and over

The waitlist is for people aged 16 and over. If you are younger, please do not sign up. If we find out someone under 16 has signed up, we delete their data.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. You can object, restrict its use and ask for a copy to take with you. Email [email protected] and we will reply within a month.

Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.

Security and changes

The site only works over a secure connection and only people who really need it can access the list. If something goes wrong with your data, we report it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours and, where needed, to you as well. If we change this policy, you will see the new date at the top.
